Karimah Shaheed, spiritually known as Amari Ashendé, Founder of Wholistic By Nature is a Wholistic Food and Wellness Consultant. Karimah has been a wholistic health professional for over fifteen years.  She has formal certifications for the completion of various Wholistic courses.  To augment her  Wholistic Food training, Karimah has completed formal training in the areas of reiki, kinesiology, live blood analysis, physical detoxification, aerobic exercise, hypnotherapy, living food, emotional freedom and electromagnetic healing.

Karimah was introduced to African and Native-American ethnobiology and natural healing methodologies by John Butler, and Swami Gyankirti who are also Wholistic Consultants, Spiritual Counselors, Healers and Trainers.  This influence would serve as the foundation for Karimah’s formal study and later certification in the areas of Wholistic Wellness and Education.

Wholistic By Nature served the various communities by providing private consultations in the area of natural healing and wellness in addition to Wholistic classes.

Wholistic By Nature has now expanded into the Memphis area and is consistently increasing the addition of new wholistic modalities to enhance the quality of service and expedite the healing process of our clientele.

Karimah continues to research and select the finest herbal formulas for recommendation to the larger community at substantial savings.  Karimah's deep and sincere passion for the improved wellness of others is evidenced in her unrelenting effort to expand her knowledge and uncover new and improved ways to enlighten her clientele and other practitioners throughout the country.
